Refund Policy

All deposits paid are non-refundable once work has commenced.

If you are not satisfied with the initial concept or delivery, we encourage feedback and offer up to 2 rounds of revisions to address concerns.

If you choose to cancel the project after work has started, only the unused portion of services may be eligible for partial credit, subject to review.

Once digital assets (such as logos, design files, or websites) are delivered, they are considered final and non-refundable.
