Client Responsibilities

Provide timely content, access, and feedback.
Approve deliverables within a reasonable timeframe.
Ensure all materials provided to us are owned or licensed for use.

Intellectual Property

All custom work becomes the client's property after full payment.
Stampede retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio.

Termination

Either party may terminate the project with written notice. Work completed up to the termination date must be paid in full.

Services Provided

We provide web design, digital marketing, branding, and associated services. The scope and deliverables of each service will be outlined in a separate agreement or proposal accepted by both parties.

Revisions & Scope Changes

Each package includes a limited number of revisions. Major scope changes beyond what was originally agreed may require a new quote or separate project.

Limitation of Liability

Stampede is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the website, including lost profits, data, or opportunities.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use our services.

Payment Terms

All services require upfront payment unless otherwise agreed.
Add-ons or post-delivery changes may incur additional fees.
Late payments may result in delays or suspension of services.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the project.
